The respect I receive from my superiors and peers. Not once have I heard someone’s tone go above 60 decibels. I’ve heard fewer than 5 mean or hurtful comments. The lack of painful ‘culture building’ activities. One time a company required everyone to go to that stupid horse show in Sandy UT. Most painful 5 hours of my life. Thank you for not imposing that. Optimism and ambition. I love Cimetrix’s optimism and ambition for winning. I love it, love it, love it. I love waking up excited to work for a company that wants to win and on projects that reflect that attitude. Flexible work location/flexible work schedule Generous profit sharing programs Directors and managers value the golden goose (e.g. employees and the relationship with the customer) over the golden eggs (e.g. revenue)
