Pros
Relatively decent pay for freshgrad and newbies for contract system. Flexible working hours even though there's a shift system. One meal per work shift. Monthly product freebies. Local government health assurance. Workload varies depending on production load but pretty tolerable on average. Training system is constantly being developed for employees to build up their skill set. Salary is on time.
Cons
Shift work means unusual working hours, including graveyard shift. Annual contract system is very common amongst employees, rare case of conversion to full time, even for employees with multiple years of employment. A little sketchy in terms of the work contract and company rules. No apparent labor union. Does not seem to have much room to climb up the career ladder since it is pretty much set, unless they're planning to expand. Annual pay raise is not that significant. Employee turnover rate is relatively noticeable from an employee's point of view of their coworkers resigning.
