Pros
Cimpl is a rapidly growing Company with a great culture, and lots of great people. I have been with the Company for close to 7 years, and coming from a company previously with a very different focus I have to say that Cimpl goes over and above to ensure Employees are recognized on a regular basis for their hard work, and that they feel heard and supported. The company core values drive the business, the hiring, and the day to day Operations. Being a leader in the industry also allows for many new employment opportunities, and chances for advancement.
Cons
Being a quickly growing company doesn't come without its own set of "Growing pains".. I don't know that I would say this is necessarily a "Con" but I see it more as an opportunity for myself to learn to deal with new situations and challenges. Never a dull moment :)
