Pros
Cimpl is a great place to work. A lot of opportunities to learn new skills and move around the company internally, the advancement is based on merit and measurable impact. I would also say I have been blessed with great coworkers that I have and continue to learn a lot from. Working in company that is driven by ambitious goals, push you to the limit and make you feel fortunate when you come out to succeed in achieving your objectives, if you are a person who is looking for challenges, Cimpl is a great place to join. Overall my experience at Cimpl was mostly very positive. I learned enough to launch a manager career. I really enjoyed the actual day to day of what I did in working with large customers and help them resolve their operational challenges through the implementation of Cimpl solutions. Working at Cimpl make me feel proud.
Cons
Growing pain is a challenge but in my opinion is not a cons, it is a good problem to have, the culture at Cimpl give me the opportunity to contribute in the growth of the company.
