1. Terrible/non-existent management 2. Not truthful to vendors or customers 3. Do not understand their platform, how to utilize it or its limitations 4. Disrespectful to employees and condescending 5. Do not understand how to execute plans or progress their platforms 6. Extremely indecisive and misinformed 7. Management is very dependent and very limited on what they are willing to learn Just terrible management and very poor execution.
