Pros

Benefits seem standard for any large company. Reputation for working for a top Children's Hospital. General rewarding for playing a role in helping sick children.

Cons

Poor pay for non management or clinical employees. Poor increase potential. No ability for increases except through performance annual reviews. Annual reviews are limited to a max of 3% pay increase (which is almost impossible to get). Limited 403b matching (1%). All departments run things differently. No standard in policy across departments. Management is vastly overpaid and generally less knowledgeable than their employees. Little to no praise when things are done well. Management does not stand up for their employees. They will throw you under the bus to cover themselves. Terrible parking situation. If you are not clinical have fun taking a shuttle to work. Terrible location.
