      Definatly a better dept. today than 5 yrs. ago. Great chief has taken the department into the future.

      There are not alot of cons if this work is your passion. If married your family must be on board withe the schedule

      Great benefits, nice to witness improvements to the City from the inside, supportive supervisors, great coworkers

      Cons

      Wish we had more remote work opportunities during the winter with the downtown streets becoming very difficult to safely navigate after heavy snowfall.
