My manager is great and really embodies the open door policy

The job itself can be difficult. Tho it is very fulfilling

None. I would say “paycheck” in that you will get one, but it will be si meager compared with other jobs you will end up regretting even that.

The worst job experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some real doozies before. This job is / was / will always be an incomprehensible mixture of workplace toxicity, impossible to treat patient panels, and bottom of the barrel salaries.
