      Pros

      I got to work from home

      Cons

      Expected to work weekends with no pay. Expected to flatter the CEO's ego when he makes a mistake. Expected to work to an obsessive standard that the CEO doesn't even work to. No help is given. Really bad atmosphere and culture where employees are encouraged to throw each other under the bus. The CEO has no idea how to build a company, or a product. Trust no one.

      - Was offered part-time after internship - Good conditions with option to travel and work to explore the world - Got to work on lots of different areas - Nice colleagues and boss

      - A bit messy organisation within the company (note this was 1+ year ago)
