Pros
Cinema Center has shown some of the best films I've ever seen, which you could not find at any other local mainstream theater. It's a very unique organization and I'm glad I get to be a part of it. The pay is what you'd expect for a box office attendant, which isn't much. The few employees who work there are great and have been there for many years. Management is very nice and understanding. The new director is a good guy who cares a lot about Cinema Center. It's the perfect job if you're in school. You can study between shows when you're not cleaning, stocking, or helping customers. But of course you will be working nights and weekends as it is a cinema.
Cons
No big complaints so far. However, maintenance of the building has been quite delayed. There is no heat in the lobby and the front doors are lacking proper sealing. So working box office gets pretty cold in the winter.
