      Friendly staff- varies per location Flexible hours-varies per location

      Cons

      THEY DO NOT GIVE HOLIDAY PAY- they are so cheap that people working morning shifts do not get 1.5x pay on July 4th and presumably any other holiday. Only night shifts get holiday pay.
