Poor Management - Multiple Locations / Las Vegas - Santa Fe - Ticket Booth Attendant Cinemark Employee Review

Management issues. Not good training...learning hands on but management expects no errors because of audit worries. In other words if you are new to the location and not familiar with the position and equipment yet...if you make an error there is no verbal education. Just straight write up and that is how they train you. Through write ups. Very very poor management. Also higher attrition as a result.
