      Easy to get raises, the job itself is super easy, overall chill environment, hours are usually good

      Cons

      The process of scheduling conflicts is much harder than it needs to be, coworkers are often lazy, stand for a long time, moody managers, sometimes stay really late

      Strong teamwork, hands on training, and supportive coworkers. You get to learn every role, and jobs rotate weekly between box office, podium, usher, and concession. This variety keeps the work engaging and helps you build versatile skills.
