Pros
- Easy work - Relatively laid back management* - Chill work culture* - Free movies - Flexible schedule - Great for students - There are slow periods, not constantly busy/stressful like some jobs * = based on experience at my location, may differ at other locations
Cons
- Shifts are usually between 4 and 6 hours - Maximum raise is 50 cents above min. wage, after 1.5 years of working (very recently implemented) - Schedule changes every week, only get the schedule about a week in advance - Closing shifts can be quite late, as late as midnight - Need to be available on weekends - Nearly impossible to make a living off of
