Still follows an old style work culture with too much micromanagement. Employees have many task with short deadline. Though the office timing is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, most people(including female staff) work late, sometimes even after reaching their hostels or home.
There are not providing demanded employee oriented programs or activities. Many freshers join as developers but are placed in support teams, which limits their learning and career growth. No proper training for freshers. And no job security also.
Work pressure is high and there is no proper work-life balance.
