The coolest Service Reps Believe it or not, local management is not bad, they know corparate is full of ... and can hardly look at us with a straight face, I'm sure every single one of them can't wait to find something else.
Cons
- 4 day work can hardly be considered a plus, I'm dead after my 4th day of work - this industry is the shadiest I've ever been part of. - 4 price increases a year is NOT what the customer wants, it's on the edge of criminal and if I'm not mistaken called price gouging. - Management argues that everybusinness have price increase, big BS, PI are about 30% at times even more. Put that in the analogy of any businness expense one might have. - Horrible Corporate Culture, calling everybody partners does us no good. - you can tottaly see the difference between reviews and positions, the rest of the company has close to no idea what goes on in the front. It's uggly.
