Pros
As a company... This company moves people that bring results up the ladder. They are proffessional and have a unique culture that pushes quality and urgency. Making raving fans of their customers is top priority. They truly strive to stand behind their product. Team mentality, if you need help reach out. Constantly striving to improve the system. Everyone works Hard! Fantastic people and managers. Fast growing industry. I honestly really enjoyed the people and culture.
Cons
Not all of these are cons necessarily cons, however they could be depending on perspective. They expect alot. I frequently recieved emails and phone calls after hours and on weekends. This isn't a bad thing if you just silence your phone. Results are the bottom line, if its not for you, you will figure it out soon enough. Very rapid environment. Not as much structure as alot of companies their size. You need to be able to adapt without warning and run with it. In all honesty, the biggest con is that not everyone they hire embodies the pros. They do their best to weed out the nonsense, however it's a big company so it exists. That goes for any company of this size. Its a shame that some locations get less attention than others, however, I have confidence that will change with time. I would work for Cintas again without thinking twice.
