Car package is one of the best I've seen besides a company giving you an actual car. When the time is right to leave Cintas, other companies greatly respect their training program and the experience you've gained from working there. Hit as many president clubs as possible and you will be able to go anywhere you want! Many former Cintas sales reps leave to go do medical or pharma sales.

With any sales job, it will be extremely competitive. You will be phone cold calling as well as face-to-face cold calling. You will rack up a crazy amount of miles on your car. Cut-throat competitive. Depending on your direct manager, will depend on your overall happiness. Hard to move up. Favorites are played often.
