Pros
My boss was great, though she was based in Canada she was always pleasant when she came to NYC. Direct, and communicated effectively.
Cons
The salesperson referred to me as his assistant. He constantly talked about himself and his feelings about every situation he encountered. It was hard to work because I would have to drop everything to empathize with him. I couldn't disagree with him without him getting very angry. He frequently belittled my character and insulted me. He would raise his voice and berate me if I disagreed with any of his opinions. It was an incredibly high stress job because I was constantly in fear of saying the wrong thing and forced perform an incredible amount of emotional labor. I eventually walked out when he was yelling at me. I don't want to work somewhere were I am allowed to be treated like that.
