The executive team, specifically Foster and Andrew were both unethical. I was assigned a task by Foster (the CEO) and refused. He said you can't tell me no, I'm the CEO. I said you can fire me if you want, but I'm not doing this work.

If you know McAfee products or are ex-McAfee, a great place to work to further hands-on with customers and projects in real-world environments. Allowed to grow and learn freely. Management team very supportive of new things you want to learn, and willing to work with you on career growth. If you want to travel and see a different client every week, and have a few longer term engagements thrown in, this is a great place to work.

Sales team is not as seasoned as other companies or consulting firms. A large % of revenue comes from McAfee leads (Ciphent is really just McAfee consulting, they know more than McAfee employees for the most part). Travel is 100% and you will be utilized very highly, with few chances for bench time.
