New management came in, fired entire engineering department over a difference of opinions. Engineering department had been about 1 month from completing their product.

The company technology is groundbreaking. It could be a total game changer in the cyber security industry.

Management (CEO) is absentee. He rarely works more than an hour a day. No actual focus, no plans, no product, release or sales roadmap. CEO dodged issuing stock options and has demonstrated that he doesn’t value the contributions of employees. Any effort contributed here will be a giant waste.
