1. Middle managers don't have much for growth and are the most overworked and underpaid. No opportunity to grow since most of middle management is under utilised. 2. HR policies and incorrect hiring. 3. Cipla will turn you into a generalist. 4. Company IJP policies have no transparency. 5. Not a good organization if you're looking at specializing and growing as a technical or a subject matter expert.
