Every manager’s have no experience outside cipla. They born in cipla & die in cipla so, no knowledge they don’t upgrade them. If you worked there as Assistant Mamager & any fresher join and worked there 1 years means Asistant manager is treat as fresher. Poor management please review this matter.

Company policy awsome. Levar policy better in pvt sector Only managers mentality poor. Please management trained them.
