Would Not Recommend - Customer Service Representative CiraConnect Employee Review

I've spent a number of years with this company and my team, it feels like I'm working at a small company based on how tight nit every one is and how well everyone seems to work together. We have all the tools we need to do our jobs and we are given the freedom to complete our tasks without micromanaging. The leadership team is friendly and gets to know us. Turnover is very low for IT.

Benefits could be a little better but overall there's no major cons.

Some upper management is taking the time to listen and are trying to help. The departments are close and help each other out. They treat each other with respect and help each other out.

There has been so many turnovers within the company. Different higher management has been in and out with the past three years. No stability.
