Excellent and rewarding opportunity to be a part of an ACT team that serves and advocates for a very vulnerable population in the community
Cons
Poorly structured compensation for licensed, experienced practitioners, wages are NOT competitive; no performance reviews administered (during my 5 year tenure) and therefore no merit based raises offered; minimal support or recognition from the executive team for performing an inherently high risk job out in the field EVERY DAY during a global pandemic.
