Unrealistic KPIs what are out of your control and then get RoC because of it. No communication No support from managers Could do a brilliant job at a property but Bevause you was there longer then 30 minutes your KPI gets ruined. So rewards people who just rush in and out and don’t do job properly. On interview was told there is endless opportunities to progress but in over 5 years of not had a single opportunity to progress or get trained in anything else.
