Pros
Some great staff and an untapped opportunity. Great locations across the country
Cons
Some terrible staff, leadership the worst ever encountered. H&S has not been on the radar at all until the HSE visited. Pay has not increased since employees took a pay cut. Owner-drivers are taken advantage of and not rewarded in line with industry standards, leading to high driver turnover.
