Outmoded store technologies break down repeatedly. No travel expense reimbursement for SMs/ASMs/CSRs/FCs. Zero focus on future merchandising trends. Too many shift call-offs by CSRs/FCs/ASMs. DMs do nothing to facilitate store product and staffing needs.
