      Good sales training, able to provide comprehensive energy solutions for clients. Paid on commissions even after leaving company

      Cons

      Solutions may or may not work for client long term, everything is marked way above market price. For instance, you could sell a client an AC system, radiant barrier, and blown-in insulation on top of solar, and claim these will reduce their electricity bill by 40%, which may or may not end up being true. Customer has no guarantee of these savings. There is tons of turnover as sales reps realize that what they are selling may or may not work and is priced far more than the competition.

      Pros

      Circle L Solar is such a great company to work for. I started as a sales rep and later was hired on as a Recruiting Assistant. I live over an hour away from the office, yet I don't mind the drive. At Circle L Solar, you aren't just a number. The owners take time to really get to know their employees. This company really does value its employees and wants to see everyone succeed. The work environment feels like home. It is so welcoming and a family-friendly environment. I can say that I have never loved a job until I found Circle L.

      Cons

      I have been with this company for almost a year from being a sales rep to getting hired on as Recruiting assistant. I haven't been able to find any cons. I genuinely love my job and the standards that the company holds itself to.
