      Pros

      A small agency that worked hard and played hard. A true team oriented agency that did great work for our clients.

      Cons

      Being acquired by Match Marketing Group was horrible. We were lied to at every step and integrated into an agency that was twenty years behind the times.

      Very collaborative environment. Exposure to a range of projects and clients. Creative atmosphere with a welcoming culture.

      Pros

      If you like to work in a small advertising agency environment, this company is right for you. There are not a lot of people so everyone has to wear a lot of hats. This causes everyone to be very busy but you are allowed to work extremely independent.

      Cons

      There is not enough senior management. The gap between senior and junior level people is large.
