Pros
They know how to utilise their so called "business training" methods. i.e. invoke fear in their employees so they can be easily dismissed, hence the rapid and continuous turnover there. It's not the lack of ability of their practitioners, its the insecurity of the managers, who btw are very insecure about their abilities and methods but make others feel that way.
Cons
Skills are continuously undermined, not due to lack of skill but as a way of showing power. Practitioners always forced to hit sales targets even though that should not be their job. Their job should be to care for the patients foot health and give them the best possible service, here it's all about making more and more money. Salary is a joke, you'll be lucky to get the correct paycheck
