Horrendous management unless you’re in the Clique. Systems are horrible to use and you have little training on them before usage. Micro managing is rife where you’re getting teams calls/messages or people standing over you watching what you’re doing constantly. Biggest issues is the constant issues that occur with benefits being advertised then taken away, no one in HR answers any questions regarding salary or holiday. If you even hint that something isn’t working you’re hounded for being negative.
