Pros
I started working at CircleCI about 2.5 years ago. Best company I've ever worked at, hands down. Top notch CEO and management. Outstanding benefits, probably the best I've had in 20+ years in the workforce. Creative, fun and collaborative employees. Fantastic SF office and perks. I feel very valued as an employee and a teammate.
Cons
I really can't list any cons. Just like any company experiencing rapid growth there are some hiccups that occur. Management and HR are great about addressing these and coming up with solutions and opportunities to keep everyone happy and productive.
