Pros

I've been with CircuitSutra for over five years now, and I can genuinely say that it has been an incredible journey in both personal and professional growth. As a service-based company in the electronics industry, CircuitSutra specializes in developing Virtual Prototypes using SystemC, which has been an amazing field to work in. The company offers a fantastic environment for learning and growing. I've gained significant experience in technical areas, and also developed valuable non-technical skills that have made me a more well-rounded professional. I've had the chance to work with incredibly knowledgeable colleagues and mentors, which has significantly boosted my skill set and confidence. A special shoutout to our CEO, Umesh Sisodia, whose guidance has been instrumental in shaping my career. He truly invests time in helping employees develop unique strengths and encourages us to stand out. CircuitSutra has provided me with a solid foundation, especially as my first company after graduation. One of the most rewarding aspects of working here has been the support for my educational pursuits. The company provided me with the chance to pursue my master’s degree from BITS Pilani, which significantly enhanced my knowledge and career prospects. Additionally, CircuitSutra has trusted me to represent the company at high-profile conferences such as DVCon Bangalore, SemiCon Gandhinagar, and the RISC-V Conference in Santa Clara, California, USA. These experiences have been invaluable for my professional growth and have broadened my industry network.

Cons

The workload can be intense at times, which might be overwhelming for those not used to a fast-paced environment. With multiple learning avenues available all the time, it becomes difficult to prioritize what to choose and what to leave.
