Working too lean, need to hire more people

The majority of the people who are not in management are nice to work with...

...but everyone on the entire sales management team are a bunch of bullies, who think they are better than everyone else and don't have time for anyone who works for them. They are always late to meetings, dismiss ideas, and always try to make it seem like they are the "greatest". Ugh!
