No basic salary. Fully commission base. Sales base on walk in customer and online enquiries. Company distribute the leads collected to sales executives unfairly. New employee hardly to get the potential leads to turn into sales. Turnover of company employee is very fast. There is also no employee benefit such as medical insurance and variable bonus. Company trip if opt in but company sales target never hit, employee need to bear the cost for the entire trip.
