Pros
Remote work, leadership does not micromanage
Cons
Where do I begin? Used to be a fun place to work with a common goal and everyone working together. Over the last handful of years it has devolved into a disgusting mess of: ELT lack of accountability which trickles all the way down Constantly changing leadership teams and structure, and strategic goals? Oh you mean to press everyone to sell more all while support and operations teams are stripped down and offshored? Bet. Constant layoffs for almost 3 years in a row - large ones and regular quiet ones. Yeah, we see you HR. Sales leaders falsify pipeline numbers to float leverage for prioritizing their needs. They do not even seem to understand the basics of how background checks work so they rely on every single team to come in and do their work for them. There is a reverse triangle of company structure….lots of chefs cooking but zero direction and no one to do the work. Teams are going without structure and leaders because of layoffs and ineffective senior leaders. The only thing they had going for them at this point was benefits but then they busted that too - all benefits changed over the last year. Favoritism abounds - they want you to race to be the most likeable, irrespective of actual skill or, I don’t know, ability to navigate complex projects all the way through to the end!
