Pros
No commute, interesting work, possibility for growth in the future. Positive changes made concerning employee programs but there's a lack of training.
Cons
Total lack of IT resources. The IT staff is poorly managed and nothing gets done. Certain staff members spend hours socializing, walking around and not working. Senior management is a boys club. If you aren't male or former military, you have no shot at moving up. Rumor has it the leader of a failing division is the new executive. Leads never get done or are done with errors but there's constant promotion of that division. CARCO rewards failure, not dedication&knowledge
