If you have a family to feed and take care of I'd suggest u not work here. They pay every 2 weeks but mail them so u really only get paid every 3 weeks. Forget holidays because u will not get paid til after holidays. Payday is Christmas but u will not receive your check til a week after. There's no level of respect for no employee. Only employer I've ever seen that still mails checks and will not do direct deposit. They will not allow u to drive to Nashville to pick up your check. They want u to be on time and do your job correctly but they will not pay on time. If u pay child support I'd strongly advise u not work here because u will not make your payments on time and u will end up in jail. Job only good for college kids that still live at home or for folks that has no bills. Your utilities will get shut off and if u have a car payment and insurance to pay u will loose your car and insurance will lapse. Be expecting to pat out your whole check in late fees. Be vary aware of this employer because they do not care for u as a person. Working here is a every day fight just trying to get paid. U spent $300 getting this job and its not worth it. If u quit this job they will bump u down to minimum wage and hold your check for 21 days. If your looking to advance here u will not. They start pay at $10 an hour and u will never get a raise. Some employees have been working here 5 plus years and still haven't gotten a raise. This is a dead end job. EMPLOYEE BEWARE!!!!!
