Pros

Flexibility is pretty good as well as WFH.

Cons

The primary focus is on maximizing profits, prioritizing revenue over the quality of service. There is an imbalance between objectives and available resources, resulting in a lack of progress due to insufficient resources. Compensation is below the industry average, and individuals are poorly managed and subjected to excessive pressure. Top and middle management talk about values but don't live by them.

Pros

Working at Citation Group has been a genuinely positive experience. The company provides great office environments that make coming to work enjoyable, and there is a strong sense of support from the Executive Leadership Team. What stands out most is the opportunity to work with teams that truly care about delivering positive customer outcomes. There’s a shared belief in the company’s mission, and importantly, many of the ideas and initiatives feel like they’ve been built by the people on the ground—not just decided in a boardroom. Another key strength is the culture. Citation Group is a company that genuinely listens to and cares about its staff. Employees feel heard, valued, and supported, which creates an environment where people are motivated to do their best work.

Cons

In terms of downsides, there really aren’t any major concerns. Like any organisation, there are occasional ups and downs, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. With such a strong focus on both customer outcomes and employee wellbeing, there isn’t much to complain about.
