Thanks for your feedback. We recognise it's important our people are rewarded fairly for what they do and regularly benchmark our remuneration offering to ensure that we remain competitive. With shared services centres set up in lower cost countries there is, of course, going to be differences in remuneration for our employees in SSCs compared to those in higher cost locations in Europe and North America. There are also huge differences in the cost of living in SSC locations. On the balance, our remuneration and benefit packages ensure that our employees can enjoy a comfortable standard of living no matter where they live.
