Relaxed environment. Ease of access to upper management. Set hours.
Cons
Low upward mobility. Bonuses nonexistent. Office will probably be outsourced away in next 5 years.

Dear Anonymous - We appreciate your 4 star rating and positive comments. Not sure if you are a relatively new employee and perhaps have not yet been exposed to our promotion and annual compensation practices. Globally we've just gone through our annual performance appraisal process wherein we identify those employees ready for promotion at year end. We are about to embark on our compensation process which is focused on "pay for performance' ensuring our top performers receive merit increases and bonuses commensurate with their performance. In addition to our pay practices, we have a comprehensive suite of benefits that are in line with market practices and in many jurisdictions above market practices.
Thank you for the 5 star review,
It is great see you experiencing our work culture and the camaraderie you have with your colleagues.
We would also encourage you to explore more internal communication channels available to you to address your specific concerns.
Thank you for sharing comments and for the 5 star review!
Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.
Cons
Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you.
80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
