With regards to your comment on work timings I'm not entirely sure what you mean but think you may be referring to the certain periods when it's very busy and where overtime is required. Trust we do try to balance this with policies and practices that support positive well being. We also do review our pay practices regularly to ensure we reward fairly and in line with the local market.
