      Pros

      Good to start in the industry especially coming straight from colege, healthcare, pension, easy to climb the corporate ladder if you pick the business up quick

      Cons

      Not competitive salary wise, high turnover, free beer (reminds me of the simpsons), workloads not delegated correctly by mgmt, alot of weak employees at senior roles

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
