Terrible management. People are promoted to Senior/Supervisor/Mmgt with 0 people skills. Being yelled at throughout the day..talked down to..not respected. There's a reason why everyone hates it here and why the turnover is so high. Keep your head down and mouth shut sort of 'culture'.. It's a joke here and the staff all know it. I took the time to come here and write a review.. I checked the reviews before I accepted the offer, and I should have listened and stayed away. PS - I have 4 years experience and I get paid a good chunk less than a few new grads. Nice.
