      Standard benefits and time off/holidays. Typical advancement of the corporate ladder

      Cons

      very low pay even for a senior, terrible management and guidance for success, lots of overtime (depending on which hedge fund you're assigned)

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
