      Pros

      Management and coworkers were very friendly and engaging Competitive base salary out of college Ability to work with hedge funds and learn about the business, and valuation of various securities Structured duties, not a lot of gray area for your own discretion Casual atmosphere, good entry point if you have never worked in a suit and tie atmosphere

      I don't feel like there was anything I disliked about working here

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
