      Pros

      Very low key environment for what one would assume is a corporate world. They are hybrid at the moment and people are very friendly.

      Cons

      Very unorganized in regards to communication and informal for my liking.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
