      Summer flex hours, good benefits

      Cons

      Pay, lots of turnover in employees, very clicky in the few that stay. Don't expect to make any real money here or get bonuses regardless of how hard you work.

      Insurance benefits are best in the business

      Cons

      They recently downsized the Charlotte office significantly after spending several years hiring and bringing people in from out of state. They also were fairly misleading about bonus. I suspect they are looking to centralize operations in Toronto and move most things out of the US.
