Prior reviews on this platform were met with PR speak about how they were working to improve, but nothing has changed. Toxicity remains entrenched. Requests for workload accommodations will be met with derision or ignored. You'll have to put up with mean, snide personal remarks on a weekly basis, plus dealing with being thrown under the bus for stuff that has nothing to do with you due to office politics.
They also don't send you for any training or development courses, and no effort is invested in improving your skills or career as a worker. You are a cog in the machine whose sole purpose is to make the company money.
